"AI-Ready Hospitality: Turning Intellectual Capital into Service Advantage is an international online summer course that explores how hospitality and tourism organizations can use intellectual capital, such as human capital, structural capital, and relational capital to build service advantage in the AI-driven service economy. Through expert lectures and interactive discussions, participants will examine AI adoption in hospitality, including service innovation, guest experience, data governance, ethics, operational efficiency, reputation management, and human-AI collaboration.
The course emphasizes that AI readiness is not only about technology adoption, but also about preparing people, systems, knowledge, data, and customer relationships to support responsible, sustainable, and competitive hospitality services. Participants will also connect the topic with SDG 8, SDG 9, SDG 12, and SDG 17."
